To apply for a trade account please read the terms & conditions below and complete the application form.

If you cease trading you must inform D. L. Gelling Ltd T/A GELLING’S in writing by recorded delivery OR e-mail with confirmation of receipt (D. L. Gelling Ltd) will send confirmation of receipt) otherwise you will be liable for any subsequent debt on those premises until we are aware of the changes.

I understand that this account will be conducted under the terms and conditions of D. L. Gelling Ltd.

Wereby all goods remain the property of D. L. Gelling Ltd until they have been paid for in full and that payment for goods must be made by the end of the month following date of invoice and that interest may be charged on all overdue balances at 5%.


All pricing is subject to change without notice, although D. L. Gelling Ltd T/A GELLING’S will do its utmost to convey any changes as soon as they are available.

VAT is applied on invoicing where applicable.

All goods are sold subject to D. L. Gelling Ltd. standard terms & conditions.

  1. Payment is due by the end of the month following date of invoice. We reserve the right to take any necessary actions against non-compliance to terms.
  2. Where the sum being paid is less than the amount outstanding the amount paid will be taken off the oldest outstanding amount due
  3. Title to the goods is retained by D. L. Gelling Ltd until payment in full of all monies owed.
  4. Delivery documentation MUST be signed by a representative of the customer upon receipt of goods at the customer location, and will confirm number of items received and that the items were delivered in good condition without noticeable damage or shortage. Any exceptions must be noted on the invoice and countersigned by the delivery driver or reported to the office within 24 hours.
  5. Claims must be notified to the office forthwith and in any event:
    1. in respect of damaged goods or goods not conforming to the customers order, within 24 hours.
    2. in respect of any shortage in delivery within 24 hours
  6. We reserve the right to charge 5% on overdue accounts.

To coincide with the terms and conditions we would ask that when paying for more than one invoice in a single payment that the customer would state which invoices are being paid.
